News for Parents & Back-to-School Information 2017-2018

  •   8th grade students may pick up their class schedules on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. and from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. in the middle school office.

  •   The 2017-2018 school year will begin on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at 7:55 a.m. Students will go to their 1st hour class.

  Students in athletics are required to have a current physical, dated after May 1, 2017, on file before they may participate in any practice or game.

8th grade school supplies:

One three-ring notebook / view binder (at least 3 inch ring size / no Trapper Keepers)

Six dividers with tabs (to use in three-ring notebook)

Five number 2 lead pencils

Two erasers
Two red ink pens
Two yellow highlighter pens

Two Dry Erase Markers
One zippered pencil pouch

Two folders with 3 fasteners & pockets

One box of colored pencils
One small pencil sharpener
One package of blue grid graph paper

One package clear sheet protectors

Three composition notebooks

One set of earbuds or headphones.
device. Does not have to be new. Use permanent marker to write your student’s name on earbuds or headphones.)

One scientific calculator (Preferably a Texas Instruments TI-30XS Multi-View Scientific Calculator or Casio FX-300ES Scientific Calculator)

During the year, the teacher may require additional supplies.
