All children have the right to a free appropriate public education.
This is mandated by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
This federal law provides for all disabled children from birth to age 21 & includes such disabilities as:

  • Intellectual Disability
  • Deaf-Blindness
  • Health Impairments
  • Speech or Language Impairments
  • Traumatic Brain Injury
  • Visual Impairments
  • Autism
  • Multiple Disabilities
  • Orthopedic Impairments
  • Developmental Delays
  • Emotional Disturbance
  • Specific Learning Disability
